June Favorites

I am linking up with My Subscription Addiction to bring you my favorites from the June boxes!

Lemon Wafers

I probably could have picked all 5 of the Nature Box items as my top 5. I loved them that much. The lemon wafers were the best, though. I could munch on these all day. Speaking of which, when is my next box arriving!!! I NEED it!

MeUndies Brief

These were my first undies from MeUndies and wow, I love them. So soft and comfy and yet a little bit sexy. I already ordered a t-shirt and there mystery box.

Cailyn Gel Eyeliner

I am a huge fan of gel eyeliner. It just seems to last longer for me. No exception with this eyeliner from Ipsy this month. Plus it came in a nice gray color that I can wear daily.

Turbana Plantain Chips

Delicious. By far my favorite item in my June Love with Food box.

Mr. Brown Can Moo, Can You?

My June box from The Little Book Club was a huge hit with the little Mr. This book was also a hit with the big Mr. Apparently he's a big Dr. Seuss fan. Well, who isn't?

Blackbox by Cult

Blackbox by Cult is a brand spankin new nail polish subscription. You'll get 3 polishes plus a tool for 24.99 per month ($19.99 plus $5 shipping). First timers get half off ($9.99 plus $5).

I'd love to have a cute pick of exactly how it was packaged..... but I could not get this darn box to open!!! I ended up tearing it apart at the end and ruining any photo perfect moment. I will tell you it was nicely bundled in pretty purple crinkly stuff.

The goods:
3 polishes by Essie
A black nail design pen
2 makeup sponges
pot of gold glitter

So, um..... I'm TERRIBLE when it comes to doing my nails. I just don't have the skills or the patience. And this kit did not come with any "how-to's" or suggestions. After watching some You Tube videos on the ombre thing I tried it out using all three colors and a makeup sponge. So yeah, it looks terrible. But it was fun. I have since tried the pen and did better than I thought I would. I have yet to brave the glitter... which despite the fact that I have not opened the little pot the stuff is already everywhere!

This seems like a fun kit that gives you a range of possibilities. I do wish they would send a little tutorial as well. We shall see if that gets added to the box in the future. I'm excited for next month.

Citrus Lane - 4 Month Boy

Ok, better late than never. Here is my June Citrus Lane box. This is a monthly subscription that sends you age appropriate items for your kid. Plans start at $21/month. Follow my link and get $10 off!

I'm always happy to see this box waiting for me:

The goods:

Susan Brown's Baby Foot Therapy
I don't ever use foot cream, but I should. Why not?

Susan Brown's Baby Diaper Therapy and Lotion
These look handy for our upcoming vacations!

Happy Baby Sweet Potato
We have a ton of these in the house and I'm happy to have another. My kid looooves his sweet potatoes.

Odd Duck
I had mixed feelings on this duck. My first thought was that it was cute. But when we added him to bath time I quickly learned he doesn't stay upright very well. He just flops right over. So then I didn't really get it. After doing some research I learned that the traditional rubber duckies and prone to some seriuosly disgusting mold on the inside. This Odd Duck does not take in water so no mold. After seeing pictures rubber duckies cut open and the amount of mold inside them I now 'get it'.

iPlay Hat
A cute little reversible hat for my little man.

Citrus Lane also included discount info for iPlay and Susan Brown's Baby in case you love the items so much you needed more. I love Citrus Lane, it's one of my faves. It's the only one that I have a long term subscription with.
